Prior Scholarships won- Meek Memorial, Founder Scholar (2010) AP Scholar (English Lit, Biology, and US His.) 1980 SAT score way back in high school. I enjoyed learning the material, I enjoy explaining it in layman terms, and most of all I enjoy inspiring other people to enjoy learning. It's fun for everyone once it doesn't seem like a chore. I'm not in a desperate need of money, I prefer tutoring to those who would normally be unable to afford it (I'm also tutoring for the school on wheels foundation), so I don't mind any cost. Whatever I do get paid (if you insist on paying), I will donate (in front of you) a third of to thecurestartsnow.org, a foundation for Pediatric Cancer awareness, in support of Lauren Hill, and another third for School on Wheels (Provides tutoring for homeless children in the community). The remaining third would cover my gas and maybe a coffee of the day if I'm tired. Please look up those foundations if you're not interested in hiring me regardless, they are great causes. Relevant classes: General Chemistry w/ Labs, Organic Chemistry with Labs, General Physics w/ Labs. Genetics, Biochemistry, Cell and Molecular Biology, Physiology w/ Lab, Pharmacology, Epidemiology, Immunology, Virology, Microbiology, Neurobiology, Neuroanatomy, and Statistics. Have also taken many other classes, would feel most comfortable tutoring middle schoolers to college aged students. Bilingual in Mandarin if that's needed.
